These places like lost memories with doors that open you to the deep parts of forgotten spaces. Each world has something for you. Is it something that’s been missing for a long time, something that calls to you when you’ve finally had time to yourself? Something yearns for you to hear it, to acknowledge its existence It’s been there for a long time. Waiting. Watching. Yearning. You can hear it from time to time, but these days, it’s getting harder to ignore. It knows you know it’s there. It’s always known your name. It’s always known you. About the Creator
Hey I'm Ebony (she/her) the creator of Serpent and Bloom Cycle Kits!
I’ve loved stories ever since I was a child and through that love of stories I’ve learned how to relate to people in different ways. Whether it was a book, movie, t.v. show, song, etc., I would take it all in go to my room and take apart the media, digging into the deeper meanings so I could apply what I learned to my life, my circumstances and what I noticed around me.
I received my bachelor’s degree in multimedia journalism from Oklahoma State University and a few years later received my masters in Strategic Communications at the University of Central Oklahoma. Creating Serpent and Bloom Cycle Kits has not only helped me reconnect with my inner child, but has also empowered me to continue to take her with me on my journey through life rather than having her locked away to be forgotten; and that joy is something I wanted to share with others. This creation is my way of encouraging others to reconnect with themselves and to not forget about their inner child. They’re not meant to be locked up just because we grew up.
